Vision Practice (10 minutes daily)

Bring forth an intention of creativity - a project, idea or vision you want to initiate. Like a daydream, allow whatever feelings, thoughts or sensations come to flow across your mind's eye. Lemon Verbena is a shrub native to western South America that has been used for its medicinal and culinary properties for centuries. With a distinct lemon intensity, it is used in many sweet and savory dishes and teas. Its properties are believed to have many positive benefits for the mind and body.
